We are happy to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required!

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:
    • United States & Canada: 5–12 business days
    • Europe: 7–15 business days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
    • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs delays or local holidays may affect the arrival date.

2. Shipping Rates & Speeds

While we encourage you to take advantage of our free standard shipping, express options may be available at checkout for customers who need their items urgently.

  • Express Shipping: If available for your region, you can select this option at checkout for faster delivery. Additional fees will apply based on your location and order weight.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number. You can track your package directly on our website or via the courier's tracking link provided in the email.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KaelinWear.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other fees).

  • For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to customs charges, KaelinWear is not liable for the original shipping charges, any import charges incurred, or the cost of returning the package to us.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

We carefully inspect and package every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item:

  • We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but you have not received it, please allow 48 hours for it to arrive, as packages are sometimes scanned early. If it still hasn't arrived, please contact your local postal service first, then reach out to us for further assistance.
